Cleaning Standards

  • Clean all inside reachable windows
  • Dust or wipe all blinds or plantation shutters
  • Get all cobwebs
  • Wipe or dust all floorboards, trim and doors
  • Wipe all outlet and switch covers
  • Dust or wipe all ceiling fans and light fixtures
  • Dust or wipe all vents
  • Dust or wipe ledges, shelves and mantels
  • Clean fireplace as needed
  • I don't do full wall washing but will spot clean as needed
  • Wipe or dust inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
  • Wipe all countertops and back splash
  • Clean tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors and toilets
  • Clean inside and outside of all appliances, including oven hood
  • Mop and vacuum all floors
  • Leave home with fresh scent
  • Clean both sides of all entry doors (except garage doors)
  • Get cobwebs and blow out garage
  • Clean reachable windows outside on front porch

Pricing

Prices range from .15 to .25 cents per square foot (negotiable)
